I got this for my baby when she was 7 months, she didn't know how to put the rings onto the column but she surely knew how to remove them and that was and still very amusing for her. If i wanted her to be quite for a while, I would just put the rings in place and put the toy in front of her, she cannot resist going to the toy and start removing the rings then play with them.. Few months later, when she learned how to put the rings, the toy became even more amusing and is still one of her favorite. She is now 11 months. Must Have Classic Toy Every child deserves to have the Rock-A-Stack, or some variation of it. It's one of those toys you almost HAVE to buy your child...like lincoln logs or wooden blocks. It's inexpensive, provides your child with colorful and simple to play with (and gnaw on), and it's safe.
